V-juice is a business in the Electronic Cigarette and Vape industry and is a retailer of products designed and marketed to adults over the age of 18 years. V-juice is an online retailer and wholesaler of Electronic Cigarettes, Vaping Products and Accessories.
DELIVERY POLICY:
V-Juice delivers anywhere in South Africa via our preferred shipper Courier Guy. All shipments are sent out Local Same Day Flyer once funds clear in our account and will arrive at your door within one business day of dispatch. We require the following for Courier Guy shipments:
- Name and surname
- Physical address and Postal code (we cannot ship to PO boxes)
- Cell phone number
Please note no orders will be shipped on Public Holidays or Weekends.
V-Juice endeavours to get your order to your door as quickly as possible, but will not be held responsible for late deliveries once your package is in the hands of our courier service. All packages are assigned tracking numbers and fully insured for your convenience.
Please note: Outlying or remote areas not situated near major city centres may take up to 2 business days for delivery.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
The provision of goods by V-juice is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, V-juice will refund the client in full within 7 days.
Regrettably E-Liquids cannot be returned under any circumstances once the seal on the bottle cap has been broken.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify V-juice within 3 working days of delivery confirming via email if the Goods are damaged. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. Inform us immediately.
If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If the Buyer would like to return any goods for any reason at all, the Buyer may do so within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition

V-juice shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED:
Payment may be made via Payfast or by EFT into the V-juice bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
RESPONSIBILITY:
V-juice takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE:
This website is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and V-juice chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 20 Wild Peach Crescent, Fourways Gardens, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa, 2055.
VARIATION:
V-juice may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
